The ink is then pushed through that paper screen to create your print. If you are not careful you will get odd registrations or textures. The machines are very finicky and have a lot of personality. I put a clean piece of paper between the print and my hand so not to smear it. Because as spring came into full joyous force in Maine a series of unjust anti-trans and queer legislation was passed throughout the country including, senate bill 150 in my home state of Kentucky. The world around me was so free and happy but I was filled with despair.
